Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds of professional fees work.

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for professional fees paid to SimplifyFiling.
1. Government fees and third-party charges
Government fees, taxes and charges paid to authorities or third parties on your behalf cannot be recovered once paid, and are therefore not refundable.
2. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel an engagement before we have started work, any professional fees paid in advance will be refunded in full.
3. Cancellation after work has started
If you cancel after work has started, fees will be adjusted for the work already completed, and any balance will be refunded.
4. After filing
Once an application, return or form has been submitted to the authority, professional fees for that filing are not refundable.
5. Rejections and corrections
If an application is rejected or needs correction because of an error on our part, we will redo the work without additional professional fees. Where a rejection results from information or documents provided to us, or from the authority’s discretion, further work may be charged as agreed with you.
6. How to request a refund
Write to info@simplifyfiling.in with your name, the service and the payment details. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
