Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Call or WhatsApp us on +91 96508 09956.
Which FSSAI registration or licence do I need?
It depends on your annual turnover, the type of food business and, for some activities, its scale. We confirm the right category before applying.
Does my IEC need to be renewed?
An IEC does not expire, but its details must be updated on the DGFT portal every year between April and June, even if nothing has changed. An IEC that is not updated can be deactivated.
Is ISO certification mandatory?
Usually not, but many tenders and large customers ask for it. We help with the documentation and coordinate the audit with an accredited certification body.
