Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Call or WhatsApp us on +91 96508 09956.
When do PF and ESIC become applicable?
Applicability depends mainly on the number of employees and, for ESIC, on wages and location. The Code on Social Security, 2020 now governs these schemes. Share your headcount and salary structure and we will confirm what applies.
What changes under the new Labour Codes?
The four Labour Codes consolidate many earlier labour laws. Among other changes, they introduce a common definition of ‘wages’, which can affect PF contributions and gratuity calculations. We can review your salary structure against it.
Do you handle payroll for small teams?
Yes — from a handful of employees upwards, on a fixed monthly schedule.
