Annual ROC compliance for companies and LLPs
Keep your company or LLP in good standing with the Registrar — annual filings, director KYC and event-based changes, tracked on a compliance calendar.

Common questions
Have a question that is not covered here? Call or WhatsApp us on +91 96508 09956.
What happens if annual filings are missed?
The Registrar charges additional fees for each day of delay, and prolonged non-filing can lead to penalties, disqualification of directors or the company being struck off. If filings are pending, we can help you regularise them.
Do small or inactive companies also need to file every year?
Yes. Every company and LLP must file its annual return and financial statements, even if there was little or no business during the year.
Can you take over the compliance of an existing company?
Yes. We start with a review of past filings on the MCA portal, clear anything pending and then put you on a regular compliance calendar.
